Study Abroad Scholarship for First-Gen Students

Our Goal

One of Dedman’s core values is for all majors to partake in an international experience prior to graduation. We know that study abroad programs can be one of the most impactful experiences offered through the college. It is our goal to ensure that financial resources are not a barrier for any student desiring to participate in a study abroad program.

The Impact

The college is seeking donations to support a study abroad scholarship for first-generation students that have significant financial need (first-generation students are the first in their family to ever attend college). Your contribution will further our goal for equality among international opportunities. Additionally you directly impact students by helping to give them an unforgettable experience to learn about specialized areas in hospitality and tourism from around the world.
