Tutoring at FSU
The Academic Center for Excellence (ACE) is a university learning center focused on helping students develop the study skills and success habits that are necessary in a large research university and valued by future employers.
ACE runs on-campus tutoring, providing both group tutoring and one-on-one tutoring for students who need personal attention to succeed in class, especially high-enrollment and high-fail courses.
Students seeking help often come from underrepresented backgrounds, and many have shared that they cannot afford the additional cost of a paid tutoring service off-campus. ACE serves approximately 13,000 students a year.
ACE’s services are free for all Florida State University students.
