FSL Linedance is a dance competition presented by the Panhellenic Association at Florida State University. The event is led by the men of Pi Kappa Alpha, Beta Theta Pi, Pi Lambda Phi, Sigma Phi Epsilon, and Theta Chi. FSL Linedance is a new event ready to become a staple event amongst the fraternity and sorority community at Florida State. It represents the strength amongst our fraternity and sorority chapters and preserves the unity and unwavering dedication that the fraternity and sorority community stand for. Below are our beneficiaries for this year's event:
- The Victim Advocate Program: provides 24/7 support to FSU Students, Faculty and Staff who may have been victimized. Services ranging from emotional support, instructor notification, referrals, crisis intervention, and assisting in student conduct, legal and medial matters. The VAP program strives to make all students, staff and faculty have a safe space on campus and key tools to help them continue their time here at FSU while feeling supported.
- The LIFT Program: (Living Intentionally Finding Togetherness) supports students’ interest in recovery from addiction and substance misuse and wants to see them continue to thrive in their college experience. LIFT makes sure that the recovery process is individualized, and the student can gain beneficial coping skills, and have a community that holds them accountable while also developing friendships and like-minded peers.
