WLI is for undergraduate students interested in a weekend-long, intensive leadership experience to enhance participants’ leader identity and leadership capacity. Rooted in the belief that leadership is learned through experience, education, and reflection, WLI focuses on leadership development, creates a dynamic learning environment, and invites FSU students to learn with and from FSU faculty, staff, and alumni. All are welcome to participate.
