Remote Area Medical (RAM) Pop-Up Clinic at Rickards High School
Join us in bringing essential healthcare services to the underserved residents of the Big Bend area! The FSU student chapter of Remote Area Medical is proud to host a free pop-up clinic from March 21-22, 2025, at Rickards High School. This initiative aims to provide vital dental, vision, and medical care to those in need, ensuring that everyone has access to quality healthcare regardless of their financial situation.
Why This Matters:
Many individuals in our community face barriers to healthcare, including lack of insurance, transportation issues, and financial constraints. Our pop-up clinic addresses these challenges by offering free services to those who need them most. By participating, you’ll help us reach our goal of improving health outcomes and providing compassionate care to our neighbors.
How You Can Help:
We are seeking support to cover volunteer accommodations, lab fees, and other operational expenses necessary for the clinic's success. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of many, allowing us to mobilize healthcare professionals and resources to deliver care where it’s needed most.
Get Involved:
Every donation, no matter the size, makes a difference. Join us in this vital mission to enhance community health and well-being. Together, we can create a healthier future for the Big Bend area. Thank you for your support!
Please note that all gifts to this project will be directed to the Student Organizations General Development fund under the Division of Student Affairs, and any unused funds may be redirected to support other student organizations with the VP for Student Affairs' discretion.
