College Leadership Council Support

A generous donor has agreed to match the first $1,000 raised, dollar for dollar!

About the Great Give Project:

The College Leadership Council will award research/artistic grants to student projects in the College of Fine Arts that contain exceptional creativity and innovative content. The Council will award the grants on the same evening as the April 2019 release of SIX magazine - an annual publication of the College Leadership Council featuring research, essays and visual work by students in the College of Fine Arts.

The launch event for SIX magazine celebrates student achievement from all six academic departments in the College of Fine Arts. Faculty, staff, alumni, donors, students and friends of the College will be invited to gather in the lobby of the Fine Arts Building to enjoy live performances and artist displays.

About the College Leadership Council:

Established in Fall 2010, the College of Fine Arts Leadership Council is an organization that serves as a liaison group between the student body and the administration of the College of Fine Arts (CFA). The Council is comprised of exemplary students within the CFA. Through its initiatives, the Leadership Council promotes excellence within the student body by improving opportunities for personal and professional growth and collaboration between the six departments of the College of Fine Arts.

The Council believes that multidisciplinary cooperation will make us better artists and create a stronger college.
