Student Access to the Performing Arts

Opening Nights believes that the performing arts are fundamental to the academic mission of a great university and essential to the soul of our community. Because of this, Opening Nights offers discounted ticket options to students at Florida State University and within the Tallahassee community.
In order to underwrite student tickets, Opening Nights must subsidize $50 per ticket on average. By supporting this project, you’re helping us offset the subsidy Opening Nights provides, keeping ticket prices for students affordable.
If we reach our goal of $12,500, we’ll MATCH it to officially establish the Opening Nights Student Access to the Performing Arts Endowment!

P.S. Double or triple the impact of your gift!

You could potentially double or even triple the impact of your gift to Florida State if you or your spouse is employed by a company that matches the charitable contributions of its employees. Visit to find out if your employer has a matching gift policy.
