This year the Center For Hispanic Marketing is delighted to invite you to our prestigious Gala on January 20, 2023, which will be held at the Tower Club in Fort Lauderdale, FL. This year’s theme will be ~ Going Forward, Forging New Voices ~ celebrations will include the recognition of exemplary leaders who support the Center's mission and vision, a fun cocktail/mocktail time, recognizing Latino excellence, an exciting live auction, and live musical performances, networking along with our students, faculty, staff & friends.

Who We Are

The Center for Hispanic Marketing Communication at Florida State University is the only one of its kind in the country – co-founded by Betty Ann and Felipe Korzenny, pioneers in the field of U.S. Hispanic marketing and advertising. The Center holds the distinction of being the first in the nation to focus on the cultural nuances of the Latino sector.

We play a major role in preparing students to address the severe shortage of industry professionals who understand the fundamentals of marketing to a diverse audience as practitioners or scholars.

Today, responding to powerful influences across diverse communities, the Center is devoted to educating students and professionals on consumer behavior across various Latino and multicultural segments. Our world-class faculty and students are conducting trailblazing research and investigations while also serving as a valued and innovative resource for the Latino marketing industry – which is important now more than ever.

To participate in this year's Gala, you can also choose one of the levels which are suggested minimum donations to the event to promote your brand and enjoy an unforgettable celebration:

• Suggested donation for a ticket for one (1) person: $250 
• Suggested donation to sponsor a student to help their academic and professional growth: $100
