Debt Free Teachers

We all remember a teacher who made a difference in our lives - the teacher who inspired you, who encouraged you to do better, to overcome your personal challenges, and to see yourself and the world in a new way. 

We know that teachers have the power to change lives, yet the teaching profession faces challenges that can keep the very best teachers out of the classroom. Ever-changing performance metrics, the removal of job security, increased safety concerns, and low salaries can deter talented young people who wish to make a difference.

But we can invest in our students by providing scholarship dollars that guarantee our teachers enter the classroom focused on their students, not their student loans.

Help us reach our goal of supporting a one-semester scholarship (15 hrs at $215.55 per credit hr) for a future teacher, or double your pledge and help reach our secondary goal of a full year scholarship! Gifts at any level are greatly appreciated, though we ask you to please consider the generous levels suggested.
